Fees of service: Depends on the Municipality Cross-border payment measures and procedure: Depends on the Municipality Description of process for obtaining a service: The municipality issues heat supply licenses to companies (heat supplier) that manage heat production installations and/or heat transmission networks in the territory of the planned licensed activities and supplying at least 10 GWh heat per year. List of documents to be submitted to obtain a permit: The following documents must be provided: The following documents must be attached to the application: – A copy of the articles of association of a person, i.e. company, or another document of incorporation equivalent to them endorsed by the company’s seal if the company must have it and the signature of the manager. – The obligation to comply with the terms and conditions of the licensed activity. – The list of licenses issued to the company related to the activities in the heat sector and permissions provided for in the legal acts. – Documents evidencing the right of ownership to or lawful use of the heat production installations and/or heat transmission networks. – The activity audit report and the balance sheet of the legal person for the last two years (if the company operated for less than two years, activity audit report and the balance sheet of the last year). The requirements are not applicable to the companies which did not operate before the date of submission of the application. – Copies of the certificates of engagement in operation (maintenance) of heating installations issued by the State Energy Inspectorate under the Ministry of Energy endorsed by the seal if the person must have it. List of Municipalities (Lithuanian): Information concerning available remedies: In order to obtain consultation or information, the person shall submit a request and information detailing the circumstances of the request which is of concern to him.
